Founder & Lead Trainer

Meet Dawn

What began with training neighbourhood dogs for free has grown into a lifelong mission rooted in patience, learning, and connection. Dawn discovered her passion early—guiding and understanding dogs came naturally, and she quickly realized how much joy came from helping them and their owners thrive together.

Her first official client, a spirited Siberian Husky named Thunder, taught her the power of consistency and trust. Through teaching him manners, recall, and social skills, Dawn knew she had found her true calling. That same dedication deepened when she rescued her first dog, spending months building trust and forming an unbreakable bond—an experience that ignited her commitment to helping others do the same.

Today, Dawn’s approach focuses on helping owners truly understand their dogs while building strong, lasting relationships through clear communication, structured training, and genuine care.

“We teach you why, not just how”

Our approach focuses on helping you understand why your dog behaves as they do, rather than simply teaching training techniques. Together, we build a relationship grounded in trust, insight, and lasting connection.

Meet Layne

Layne’s love for animals started early and has only grown stronger over the years. From sharing life with dogs, a cat, and even a pair of clever pet rats she taught to perform tricks, her connection with animals has always been rooted in curiosity and care.

At just 12 years old, Layne began training her family dog in agility and trick work—and she was instantly hooked. Not long after, she welcomed her own dog and together they performed at local fairs and even Canada’s Wonderland, showcasing their agility and stunt routines.

Today, Layne shares her home with three incredible dogs and spends much of her time training and competing in canine sports, including dock diving, K9 frisbee, and stunt dog performances. Her lifelong passion lies in helping dogs and their people build strong, joyful bonds through positive play and training.

Real training, real results—because every dog deserves it.
