If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy and refund policy
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Munchie Bones
- “Products” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to munchiebones.com, accessible from munchiebones.com
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation and Return Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before your order status changed to “Shipped” without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

- By sending us an email at trainingfourpawsforward@gmail.com
We will reimburse You no later than 5 days from the day on which you cancel the order for orders that were not Shipped. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In order for the products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
- The product has been purchased in the last 14 days.
- The product is in it’s original sealed and unopened packaging
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened.
- Products that have been custom made to your specifications.
- Products that due to health and safety, have been unsealed after delivery.
You are responsible for any cost and risk associated with sending the product back to us. If you wish to do so, please contact us at trainingfourpawsforward@gmail.com
We recommend using an insured or trackable mail carrier. We are unable to offer a refund without receiving the product.
Once we have received the returned goods and have confirmed that returned goods meet above listed criteria the refund will be issued in the same method as the original payment method less the original shipping charges if any.
